What payment methods do you accept?
Harmony accepts Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Amazon Pay.
How long will my delivery take?
All orders placed using the Royal Mail delivery service and received between Monday and Friday are dispatched the same day, therefore if you place your order before 4.00 pm, 95% of UK orders will arrive within 2 working days (Royal Mail 48 Service).
All orders placed using the DPD delivery service and received seven days a week before 4.00 pm are despatched the same day and are guaranteed to be delivered the next day including Saturday and Sunday.
Please place your orders by 4.00 pm to ensure they are dispatched the same day.
Orders to European destinations typically take 2 to 7 working days.
How do I track my order?
Your unique tracking number will be emailed to you when they dispatch your order. You can track your order online at www.royalmail.com/track-your-item To use ‘Track your item’, just type in your 13 character reference number and press the ‘Track item’ button. Please don’t add spaces or hyphens, and always check the reference number is correct.
Customers who place an order using the DPD delivery service will be either emailed or sent an SMS with their tracking number and a one hour delivery time slot.
How can I return faulty products?
Harmony offers a 12-month replacement or refund policy on all faulty products.

When will I receive a refund?
At Harmony they aim to refund you within 7 days of receipt of your returned items.
