In that case, the processing and delivery time of the order may be a bit longer. If you place your order during the weekend, they will start processing it on the following Monday.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
They put great care throughout their packing process to make sure you receive your items in perfect condition. However, damage may occur while the shipment is in transit. If you see that the outer box is damaged or has already been opened, please refuse the delivery. It will be automatically returned to their warehouse, and they will refund you for the item(s).
