When shipping a litter box unit outside the contiguous United States, the following shipping costs apply: $150 for Hawaii and Alaska, and $200 for Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Unfortunately, they are unable to deliver orders to PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

PetSnowy products purchased directly through their website may be returned within thirty (30) days of receipt for a full refund. Kindly note that there will be shipping costs. If you’ve purchased your PetSnowy product through a third-party retailer, you must coordinate the return directly with that retailer.

Before returning your PetSnowy product, please give it a good cleaning. Please note that products returned in an unclean state within the 30-day trial period may incur a $75 cleaning fee deducted from your refund.

After their warehouse receives your return and checks that everything is fine, they will apply for a refund for you. Refunds will be issued based on the payment method used to contribute. It may take 3-5 business days to process for US payment methods or 7-10 business days for international payment methods.

Every PetSnowy product comes with a 1-year standard manufacturer warranty at no cost. Their warranty plan includes coverage for accidental damage, power surges, mechanical and electrical breakdowns, as well as software support.
