L.A Brewery is a would-go to my mother's house and pick elderflower, wild hops, and whatever else the fruit orchards were producing at the time. This resulted in a series of limited-edition kombucha drinks that I sold to local Hackney and Islington restaurants before launching L.A Brewery in 2017. While the company has grown significantly since it began in my kitchen several years ago, I continue to develop drinks in the same way, drawing inspiration from the garden and experimenting
Their gentle fermentation creates drinks that taste good, are non-alcoholic, and are also good for you. Their teas, fruits, extracts, and botanicals are all sourced ethically from reputable local vendors. Their fine artisan whole leaf teas are grown at high altitude and without the use of chemicals by their friends at tea fields. They are sourced directly from small, ethical tea plantations in India and China, with profits benefiting local communities.
