Lavish Alice operate a 14 day returns policy (including bank holidays and weekends). Customers must notify Lavish Alice within 14 days and they then have a further 14 days to send the items back to Lavish Alice. The period starts from the day delivery has been made to the nominated delivery address. If customers return something outside of the returns period, they will be issued with a gift card which has no expiry date.

Items must be unused, returned in the original packaging and in a re-sellable condition with all security ribbons/labels attached.

All returns must go through Lavish Alice’s returns portal.

• Step 1: Customers should log in with the order number (starting with the #) and email address used to purchase.
• Step 2: Select the item(s) to be returned.
• Step 3: Select and pay for the chosen return method.
• Step 4: Download the label, attach it to the parcel and return the item(s) using the selected carrier. Please make sure the return slip is inserted into the parcel. Without this, the refund could take much longer.

Customers will receive their refund within 10-15 working days (providing they are in line with the Policy). Please note this does not include weekends or UK Bank Holidays.

Lavish Alice is not responsible for any loss or damage or for any returns made outside of their returns portal. If customers have returned items to Lavish Alice outside of the portal, they should please keep hold of the postage receipt.
