How can I pay for my order?
You can pay VISA, Mastercard, Paypal, American Express, and Afterpay (AU, NZ & USA only) are available on their website at checkout.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders received before 12 PM AEST Monday - Friday are shipped the same day. If your order is placed after this time, it will be dispatched the next business day*.
Purchases made on weekends and on NSW Public Holidays are processed and shipped the following business day. Once your order is dispatched you will receive your tracking number via your email entered at checkout.
*Estimated shipping/delivery times do not include dispatch times, during high volume periods & sales dispatch times may vary.
I didn’t receive my order confirmation?
It’s possible the confirmation email has gone to your spam mail or maybe they have an incorrect email address for you!
Please contact them straight away at [email protected] with the Full Name the order was placed under.
Can I cancel my order?
All order cancellations are processed as store credit. If your order has already processed, they are unable to cancel the order or make any changes.
If you place an order and email them straight away - it is not guaranteed that they will be able to cancel or edit your order as it can take 1-2 Business Days for their Customer Service team to respond to your email.
How do I return my order?
To submit a return for store credit, click on ‘SUBMIT A RETURN’ at the top of this page or login to your White Fox account and click ‘Return Items’ next to your order.
How long do I have to return an order?
Returns must be sent back to them within 60 days of purchase.
Can I exchange the order?
Unfortunately, they are currently unable to process exchanges. You can return the item to them for a store credit which you can use to place a new order.
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL, THERE IS NO EXCHANGE OR REFUNDS ON SALE ITEMS UNLESS DEFECTIVE OR FAULTY.
