Really Wild ships all over the world except Russia and Ukraine.

UK customers will have orders sent using DPD or Royal Mail. International customers will have orders sent using Global E.

Really Wild dispatches all orders on a signed for service, therefore a signature is required for all deliveries. If you are not available during delivery, please request your parcel to be left in a safe place or with a neighbour.

To help you keep track of your order, they will:

• Send a confirmation email to confirm your order.

• Send a dispatch email to let you know your parcel is on its way.

• Their courier will send an email advising you of the day your delivery is due.

• Their courier will also send an email and/or a text detailing a 1-hour delivery time slot (UK customers only). If this time is not convenient then you can change the delivery date or request delivery to a safe place or neighbour.

To cancel your order call 01491352600 and ask to cancel your order for a refund. If it is a Saturday or Sunday you can email customer service at orders@reallywildclothing.com saying you would like to cancel your order and our customer service team can pick up your email on Monday and deal with your request.

UK mainland customers can return items within 30 days of receiving their order using our free returns service with DPD. Really Wild do not offer free returns for international orders (this includes customers who do not live on the UK mainland) any postage charges incurred when returning your items will be at your own cost.

Sale items can be refunded if they are brought online at www.reallywildclothing.com or in their store however the items will need to have all labels attached and in good sellable condition.
