From the time of receipt of your purchased leather item you can give yourself 14 days to decide whether its right for you or not. If you are not satisfied with your purchase and after receiving your item, if you don’t want to keep it for any reason, you can post it back to them for an exchange or refund. The cost for returning the item is your responsibility. Any made to order item or alteration are not refundable.
Anything that's purchased and returned outside of 14 days will be credited to your E-wallet balance for the amount you paid for that item which can be used at a later date to purchase another item.
They just need you to return the item in exactly the same condition in which it was sent out to you. Please return the items in a re-saleable condition in their original unused and unworn condition, they reserve the right to reduce the refund if your handling goes beyond what would be expected if you were trying something on in their store.
For leather jackets they must have the original tags, be unworn. For leather wallets, leather bags all branded original boxes in which the item came in must also be returned undamaged. They would also ask if you could place the returns note as proof of purchase so the team can deal with your order in a quick and efficient way.
Refunds and exchanges in the UK - if any, shall be processed within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the returned item. Again please make sure you enclose the returns note together with item being returned back to them. Exchanges sent out are subject to the original delivery charge for all UK customers. The cost of returning the item is your responsibility.
All items purchased online must be returned by post with a return note with your full details for either a refund or exchange to the address below only, and not to any walk in stores owned by Leather Company. The cost of returning the item is your responsibility.

All items shown on their website are in stock based at their UK warehouse, ready for immediate despatch. If in the unlikely event or for any reason, your item is not available upon completion of your order they will contact you immediately.
Your order is accepted once payment is received. A confirmation email will be sent to confirm that they have received your payment and the item will be despatched from their goods out warehouse based in the UK on the same day as payment is received and dispatched with UPS using a tracking number. Please check the address that is selected for delivery as they are unable to make changes once your order is placed with Leather Company.co.uk. Occasionally and very rarely events outside of their control may mean delays are incurred. They will notify you if this is the case. All orders are sent out using UPS as their chosen courier once payment is accepted, using a tracking code. Delivery rates for UK, Europe, and Rest of the World can be found here on their website. At Leathercompany.co.uk they take pride in making your shopping experience enjoyable with them and delight in your delivery arriving on time. However, for unknown reasons, their courier UPS may experience delays in transit. LeatherCompany.co.uk are then required to abide by the terms and conditions of the delivery company.
On all orders you can pay by credit or Debit card and Paypal via the website. Cards they accept ( Mastercard / Visa /Visa Delta / visa Debit/ Maestro / Amex).
Please note products and prices are subject to change and they charge in GB pounds so prices in your local currency are for guidance purposes only. Please refer to the exchange rate your card issuer applies to the transaction to change your currency in to GB pounds. This applies to refunds too as rates fluctuate, cost may incur from your card provider. The Leather Company is not responsible for the changing rates in any given country.
They will not be held responsible for pricing errors of goods due to internal or software problems. The Leather Company reserves the right to decline orders if this is the case.
Price Match Promise - How to request a PRICE MATCH
At Leather Company, if you think you have found a better price from one of their online competitors they promise to match the competitor’s price by offering an additional 5% off when you contact them. To request a price match for:
