Shipping costs and time are calculated during the checkout process.
You may return or exchange items within 15 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. Any parcel returned after the prescribed timeframe shall be refused and returned to the sender. The item must be returned in perfect condition unused and in original packaging including dust bag. Any returns damaged or returned without original packaging may not be accepted and can be sent back to the customer.
Once your order has been received and inspected please allow 5-10 working days for a refund to be credited back to your payment method. They will contact you to let you know they have received your item and are processing your refund.

If you like to cancel your purchase please send an email to customercare@itsmashu.com stated you like to cancel your order. You have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund, you can cancel the product 24 hours after your purchase. If your order is cancelled by Mashu, you will receive an email that will explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items.
