Deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, and the Isle of Wight will be sent on the Next Working Day Delivery using DPD however they may take a little longer to get to you. Orders are generally received within 2-3 working days.
If your product is not working as you expected and you would like some aftersales support or an exchange, please visit their After-Sales Help page for further information.
Products can be returned for free using their DPD drop-off shop service or through a courier/service of your choice. If you wish to return your product through another courier/service, it is essential to keep hold of your proof of postage in case anything happens to your parcel on its way to them. Please note they cannot reimburse you for the courier/postage charge should you choose to return the product of your own accord.
Meaco understands that it can be frustrating waiting for a refund and therefore will try their best to refund you as quickly as possible. Meaco estimate it will take between 5-7 working days for the money to appear in your bank account from the day your product is sent. This gives them time to receive your return from the courier and process your refund. During busy periods there may be slight delays.
