In order for a return to be eligible for a refund please ensure you provide proof of shipping for your return within 30 days of the original purchase of your item. Returns must be sent to them in an unopened and unused condition. They reserve the right to refuse any return if the product has been used and/ or there are any signs of wear or if parts are missing.
Once your return is received then your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
When an order has been placed, they aren’t able to cancel it or make any changes unless you cancel within 20 minutes of placing the order. Whereupon they will make reasonable endeavours to cancel your order before payment is taken. After this 20 minute window, their customer care team may be able to request that it be ‘returned to sender’ however, as they ship orders after 20 minutes via a next day delivery service, this is not guaranteed.
