Natural Collection ships within the United Kingdom and Ireland.

Please note that some deliveries are not trackable. If you're not sure whether your order has been dispatched, check the status of your recent orders in the “my account” section of the site. Your dispatch confirmation email will let you know which service they’ve used to send your parcel. For DPD parcels, you will benefit from DPD Predict, an enhanced tracking service, which will contact you to provide a 1-hour timeslot by text (SMS) message, so long as you have provided a valid mobile phone number. Royal Mail deliveries will arrive with your usual Royal Mail delivery. Any other service will deliver between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).

Yes, Natural Collection do deliver to British Force Post offices within the UK. For British Force Post offices outside of the UK, further delivery charges are incurred. A member of their customer services team will contact you in relation to any further charges incurred prior to despatch.

Natural Collection won't ask you for any payment until they've made sure that all the goods in your shopping basket have been processed. And to make sure you always have the highest level of security, your payment details are automatically encrypted when you enter them. You can pay for your online order using most credit or debit cards - Visa, MasterCard, Delta, or Maestro/Switch cards are all accepted. Cheques and postal orders are also accepted. Cheques should be made payable to “Natural Collection”. Goods are dispatched once the payments have cleared into their bank account.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your order you can return all or part of it to them within 30 days of receipt for a refund or replacement. Items must be returned to them in their original condition, including any packaging. Please note, postage and packaging costs will not be refunded, and returns will be at your own cost unless the items returned are faulty or damaged. In these cases, they will refund return costs up to the value of £5.

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within three weeks of receiving your return.
