How can I amend or cancel my order?
If you wish to amend an order please call 01892 552118 as soon as possible so they can make any changes prior to despatch. Unfortunately, if the order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled and will have to be returned (within 4 weeks), once the goods are received back a refund will be arranged.

What is your return & refund policy?
Nature’s Best want to make ordering on the Internet as easy and stress-free as possible. If you order a product that you subsequently decide you do not wish to purchase, for whatever reason, then simply let them know within 30 working days (6 weeks) of delivery and they will be pleased to refund the cost of the goods.
