Yes, you can track the order using the tracking number provided in the dispatch email. It can take a few hours from the receipt of the dispatch email for the tracking number to become active.
For reasons of safety, they cannot allow medicines to be returned once they have left the pharmacy. The pharmacy is not able to use returned medicines, so they are not able to process any refund on medication. If you have unwanted medicine, please contact their pharmacy team and they can arrange for you to safely send the medication back to them for disposal.
