All orders are delivered via Royal Mail. Once payment has been processed, we aim to deliver your order within 3-5 working days.
STANDARD DELIVERY We currently charge £4.99 for their standard delivery. We offer Free Delivery if you spend £50 or more. Depending on your location, standard delivery may take between 2-5 business days from when the order is processed. If you place the order after 1pm, it will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
EXPRESS DELIVERY
They currently charge £8.99 for Next Day Delivery. Please note: if you place the order after 1 p.m., it will be processed and shipped on the next business day, and therefore be delivered two days after it was placed. Once your delivery has left their premises it’s at the mercy of Royal Mail. This means that they can’t take responsibility for any delays on their end. They will do their very best to make you aware of any delays and to let you know what you can expect should such a situation arise.
Once your return is received and inspected, they will send you an email to notify you that they have received your returned item. If the return is approved then your refund will be processed for the value of the purchases, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Unfortunately, they do not offer a refund on opened or used products and do not offer exchanges online. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Most orders are delivered within 5 working days. If your order is taking longer and you believe your items may have been lost in transit, please notify them within 20 days of your order date. If their tracking system indicates they have not been delivered or have been lost in transit, you will be eligible to apply for a refund or replacement. If their tracking system indicates your items have been delivered safely, they unfortunately cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
