Don’t worry, you can enter The View from The Shard at any time up to 15 minutes after the time printed on your ticket. If you are late, you may need to pay a rebooking fee.

Do I need to print my tickets?
You can show your tickets on your smartphone to enter The View from The Shard, or alternatively, you can print them at home. If you purchased a voucher from a third party, please refer to the redemption instructions supplied with the voucher or contact your agent.
Do you allow guide dogs?
Pets or animals of any nature are expressly prohibited, except for guide dogs and hearing dogs. A water bowl is available at the booking hall for assistance dogs. Please ask a member of staff on arrival if your dog requires water during your visit.
