Top dog insurance accepts all of the major Credit and Debit Cards.

The cancellation period is the length of time you have after the purchase of your policy for it to be cancelled should it not meet your needs. Their policies offer a 14 day cancellation period, if you cancel during this time you will receive a refund of the premium providing you have not travelled and no claim has been made. The cancellation will be subject to a deduction of a £9 admin fee.

If you are offered an alternative destination and or dates from your travel agent, we are pleased to advise that on Single Trip policies they will change the dates of your insurance policy to match the new trip where possible. Please note there may be an increased cost to your policy, for example, if you extend your trip duration, change the World area you are travelling to, or move your trip dates more than 12 months from the date you originally purchased your policy. Please note, they cannot move trip dates more than 18 months in advance from the date you originally purchased your policy.

Their maximum trip limit is 12 months under their Long Stay and 18 months under their Gap Year (between 16 - 45 years) policies.

Once your order has been received at Head Office, Top dog insurance will issue the appropriate refund. Top dog insurance aim to do this within 48 hours of receipt, however during busy periods this can sometimes take longer.
