Deliveries for chilled items (Fresh Truffles, Cheese and Butter) are delivered using their Scheduled Delivery Service. All deliveries for chilled items require a signature so please make sure someone will be in on your chosen delivery date prior to placing your order. 2-5 days delivery service for only on orders up to 3kg

The quality of their products is guaranteed. If there is a problem with any goods purchased from them, or you are dissatisfied with their products in any way, they will happily refund any payments made but goods must be returned to them. All complaints must be made within 14 days of receipt of goods. For more information, please visit their terms and conditions.

They reserve the right to cancel the contract between them if:

• They have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered.

• They do not deliver to your area; or

• one or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by them from their suppliers.

• If they do cancel your contract they will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by them from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order if you do not wish to place an alternative order. They will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.

Fresh Truffles are best eaten as soon as possible. When you receive your truffles, they suggest you immediately wrap them individually in kitchen paper and place in an airtight glass jar in the refrigerator until use. Please don’t keep them for more than one week.
