Turtle Wax accepts all major Credit/Debit Card.

Turtle Wax ships within countries provided during checkout.

You are tracking the status of your order by creating an account when complete the checkout. Each account is created with your email address and a password of your choice.

You can add a telephone number on the order confirmation page to allow order updates via text message.

Each parcel they ship will come with order tracking, email and text messages will be sent by the respective courier to confirm the date & where possible times on when your parcel is going to arrive.

If you have had a change of heart you must return the item to Turtle Wax unused and in its original condition within 14 days for a refund. Each returned product must include all parts, accessories, instructions and packaging, etc. Please note that if security seals are broken or if blister packaging has been opened then the product is not in its original condition.

Once the item has been received at their warehouse you will receive an email confirming receipt. After receipt of your goods, they aim to issue refunds within 14 working days. The cost of your order will be refunded to the credit/debit card used to make the purchase. Please note refunds take 5 working days to clear from the point of processing.

If you wish to cancel an order please contact their customer services team at onlinesales@turtlewax.com. If your goods have been dispatched before cancellation you will be liable for the costs of returning the unwanted items. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
