BookMyGarage accepts all major Debit/Credit Cards.

• Choose a garage, tick the work you need & click “Book Now”.

• Select a suitable date for your booking. You can change this using the calendar icon in the box.

• Enter your full name, email address & contact number into the relevant boxes. This gives the garage the ability to contact you before and during the appointment.

• Enter any comments, notes or problems you would like to make the garage aware of. Please add as much detail as possible to help them fix your problem.

• Accept their Terms and Conditions, tick the reCAPTCHA box and complete the booking.

• They email you a confirmation email of your booking to the email address you provide.

They need your vehicle registration as all prices shown are specific to your exact vehicle. It also helps them to match you with relevant SecretService dealerships in your area and ensure they only show garages that can service your make and model of car.

Some garages offer same-day availability, but it may be rare in your area. To find a garage for the same day, adjust your “Available Before” date to the current date and see which options are available.

If you don’t see any results, they recommend expanding your search radius as far as you’re willing to travel to find a garage that offers a same-day booking.

They allow you to make a booking up to a year in advance. For example, this allows you to book this year’s and next year’s MOT at the same time to avoid forgetting the date.

Once you’ve made your booking, you can change the date right up until the day of the appointment.

• Click the “View and Amend Booking” button in your BookMyGarage confirmation email. This will take you to your booking confirmation page.

• Select “Edit My Booking” and change the date to something more suitable for you.

If you’ve booked an MOT, ensure that the new date falls before your expiry date, otherwise you won’t be able to drive the car in the days between.

If you don’t want to amend your booking, here’s how you can cancel:

• Click the 'View and Amend Booking' button in your BookMyGarage confirmation email. This will take you to the booking confirmation page.

• Click “Cancel Booking” which will automatically remove your booking from our system and alert the garage that you’ve done so.

They’ll ask you to provide a reason for your cancellation in order to help them improve our service.
