Where does UGG ship?
UGG provides shipping within the country only.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are delivered by UGG courier partners DPD and UPS who will send you tracking information by email or SMS as soon as your order leaves their warehouse. DPD will also provide a one-hour time slot on the morning of delivery - no more waiting around all day for delivery. Alternatively, you can track your order by clicking on the tracking link provided in your email shipping confirmation.
What if there is an item missing from my order?
If an item is missing from your order UGG request you take pictures of the package and email their Customer Services team so that they can investigate with their courier and warehouse. Please note that in these instances, they may need to wait for feedback from the relevant teams or departments before they can advise further or confirm a solution. Can I cancel or amend my order?
Unfortunately, UGG is unable to cancel or amend any order once it has been processed. Once you receive your order, however, you can return it FREE OF CHARGE within 30 days of receipt.
What is the policy for incorrect or damaged items?
If there are any issues with your order when it’s delivered, please contact UGG customer service team (details are at the bottom of this page). They will make sure you receive either the correct item or a replacement as soon as possible.
What is your return policy?
Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt using one of UGG free post return solutions Items should be returned unworn and in their original branded shoe box. Please retain your proof of posting until your return has been processed. Kindly note, that they cannot take responsibility for any items sent back by an alternative courier or service. You will receive an email as soon as your refund or exchange has been processed. Please allow up to 20 working days from the date of return.
