How safe is my money once the holiday is booked?
UK Breakaways (National Holidays Limited) conform to all requirements relating to the EC Directives on Package Holidays. Any inclusive break which falls under the terms of the 1992 Package Travel Regulations will be protected by their financial bond.
What happens if I have to cancel my accommodation?
Should you need to cancel your accommodation for any reason you must put it into writing as soon as possible and email it to their Customer Service Dept. at customerservices@ukbreakaways.com and they will then send you a cancellation invoice which will show any cancellation charges along with any refund due. In all cases, deposits are nonrefundable. A scale of cancellation charges can be found in their brochure and on their website Booking Conditions. Depending on the reason for cancelling, cancellation charges (less excess) may be able to be claimed back via any Travel Insurance Policy you may have in place.
How do I collect my tickets?
Your tickets will be available to collect after booking from the rail station where your journey begins. You simply need to enter your debit or credit card in the ticket collection machine and the code that is sent on your email confirmation.
Can I make special/disabled requests on my booking?
They will gladly take note of any Special Request and pass these onto hotels; however, they cannot guarantee that any request will be met. If you require any special request due to a disability please inform one of their Holiday Advisors who will ask a series of questions to ensure that they can meet your needs. In most cases, these will be passed to their Customer Support Team who will liaise with the hotel in order to make your holiday a stress-free experience.
What rail travel options are available through ukbreakaways?
They offer the option to purchase train tickets with all their breaks to London. You can choose to depart from over 80 major stations across the country at a time that suits you. Your train travel must be purchased together with one of their breaks
