Gift Vouchers are despatched by first class Royal Mail or optional Special Delivery. They will not be liable for any cost or loss or inconvenience suffered due to delayed or lost mail.

Cut off for same day despatch is 4 pm. Please allow additional time for delivery in the case of Bank Holidays.

Vouchers can be exchanged free of charge by using the ‘Exchange your Voucher’ link on their homepage. Vouchers cannot be exchanged if they have expired or have already been booked with a Supplier. Exchanged Vouchers will have the same expiry date as the original Voucher; extensions are available for an additional fee. If the Voucher holder exchanges their activity for a more expensive activity, the Voucher holder will need to pay the difference at the time of exchange. If the chosen alternative is less expensive they will issue an e-voucher for the balance to put towards a future purchase.

There is also the possibility of short notice cancellation due to reasons such as the weather, mechanical problems, staffing issues or other unforeseen circumstances beyond the Supplier’s control. If the activity is cancelled, the user should simply re-book with the respective Supplier. Into the Blue will not be liable for any costs such as travel or accommodation incurred by the participant in such circumstances. Once booked, if you cancel without giving the required notice under the terms and conditions of the Supplier for that activity, Your activity may be forfeited. Please check the cancellation terms and conditions of the Supplier carefully when booking.
