Walk London accepts MasterCard Visa, Maestro, American Express, PayPal, Klarna, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shopify Pay.
Can I Change or Cancel My Order?
If you change your mind about your purchase, you have the option cancel your order before they dispatch your item to yours. To cancel your order, please follow the steps below;
*Log in to your Walk London. account.
*Go to your order history and select the order you wish to cancel.
* If the order has not yet been dispatched, there will be a ‘CANCEL ORDER’ button showing at the bottom of the order summary.
*Please select this button, you will then be asked to confirm your cancellation request.
*To continue cancelling your order select ‘CANCEL ORDER’ again. If you do not wish to cancel your order, select ‘No, return to order’.
You can also cancel your order by getting in contact with our Customer Services team. Once an order is cancelled, they cannot undo this. You will need to replace the order yourself. Please remember, this self-cancellation is only available before your order has been dispatched after your order status has been changed, they cannot cancel orders.
If the ‘CANCEL ORDER’ button is not showing at the bottom of the order summary, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be cancelled. If you have already received your goods then you may return them in accordance with the UK Distance Selling Regulations, and our Returns Policy.
Do you Deliver To My Country?
Walk London deliver to almost all countries worldwide. The shipping country is automatically selected when you log into your customer account. You can see their shipping prices and delivery thresholds by going to their shipping pages and changing your delivery country.
How Long will It Be before I Get A Refund?
Walk London aim to process returns within 1-3 working days of receiving them. As long as the returned items meet our refund criteria, your refund will be with you 24-48 hours after your return is processed, depending on your card issuer.
How Long will It Be before I get an Exchange?
They aim to process returns within 1-3 working days of receiving them. Once your return has been processed and provided they have the exchange items in stock, you should receive them within 3 working days. The overall expected time for an exchange can be up to 7 days upon receipt of the item.
