Who delivers the product?
Wedgwood currently use the following couriers to delivery your order:
*UPS for the UK and some European countries
*DHL for our delivery to the rest of the world.
How much is the delivery charge?
The delivery charge varies depending on the value and destination of your parcel. For deliveries to mainland UK, they are currently offering free delivery for all orders. For further information on delivery charges where you live please check their delivery page.
Can I cancel or amend my order?
You can change your mind not a problem but please contact them as soon as you realize that you need to change the details of your order. Please note that if your order has already been processed, it may be too late to cancel or change the delivery. If this is the case please be rest assured that they will be happy for you to return it once it has been received.
I’ve broken one of my favorite items and the pattern is not on your website, can I still order a replacement?
The stock on their website tends to only be their very latest ranges or recently discontinued products. However, they are committed to keeping archives of each pattern should such an occasion occur. For the stock of older patterns or products try their Outlet Store in Stoke-on-Trent (Call +44 (0)1782 284056), alternatively, you can try Replacements.com or another reputable replacement tableware or collectible services online.
