WeGotTickets FAQs
What is WeGotTickets payment method?
WeGotTickets accepts VISA and Mastercard.
Can I book from any country?
Yes, you can book from any Country.
What if an event is cancelled or postponed?
WeGotTickets knows how frustrating it is when an event you're looking forward to is cancelled or postponed better than most, so they'll let you know as soon as a cancellation or postponement is confirmed to us by the venue or event organiser. This notification will be sent to the same email address that you used for the original ticket purchase.
Sometimes it's not possible to reach everyone when an event is cancelled at the last minute, but they'll do their best to inform you and to make sure the venue or event organiser takes every possible step to let you know before you head out.
How does it work?
Their tickets are different.
Instead of sending them to you in the post, they give you a unique booking reference which is displayed on your screen once you've bought your tickets. WeGotTickets also email you confirmation of your booking reference shortly after your order has gone through, however, the booking reference itself, along with some ID, is all you'll need to gain entry to the event (for more on ID see 'What ID do I need to bring with me?').
Can I have a refund?
Unless you purchased TicketPlan® Refund Protection with your order, your tickets are only eligible for a refund if the following circumstances apply:
(a) an Event is cancelled;
(b) an Event is moved to another date and you decide not to retain your Booking for the rescheduled Event; or
(c) details of an Event are significantly changed after an order is placed (significant changes being a change of headline act or venue)
WeGotTickets cannot refund your ticket outside of these circumstances. However, if you are unable to attend the event you can reallocate the tickets into the name of somebody who would like to attend in your place by logging in to your account, clicking on 'my tickets' finding your order in the list and then clicking on 'Change named ticket holder' - hopefully this way a friend or family member can enjoy the event in your place (and let you know exactly what you missed).

Which WeGotTickets offer should I use?
WeGotTickets currently lists Daytime Disco - Guilty Pleasures tickets for £1.10 each as the standout deal on the page, best for anyone after a single cheap ticket to that event. The page also shows other fixed price tickets, from £13.20 to £54.50, which are better if you want those particular events rather than the £1.10 Daytime Disco show.
Buying one cheap gig ticket: If you only want to go to Daytime Disco, the Daytime Disco ticket at £1.10 applies and will be the cheapest option. For example, on a single Daytime Disco ticket the original price is £1.10, there are no further discounts, the final price is £1.10 and you save nothing beyond that base price compared with paying that same price.
Buying one ticket for a different event: If you want the Ceilidh With Join the Dots show, the Ceilidh ticket priced at £13.20 applies. For example, on a single Ceilidh ticket the original price is £13.20, there are no further discounts, the final price is £13.20. If you choose the Dark Matter event instead, one ticket is £14.30; if you prefer LiveFest 5 one ticket costs £54.50.
Buying multiple tickets: Multiply the per ticket price for your party and choose the event that matches what you want to see. For example, for four people: Daytime Disco at £1.10 each is 4 × £1.10 = £4.40, final price £4.40. Four Ceilidh tickets at £13.20 each are 4 × £13.20 = £52.80, final price £52.80, so choosing the Daytime Disco tickets saves £48.40 on that comparison. For two people wanting the Dark Matter show, 2 × £14.30 = £28.60, and for two LiveFest 5 tickets, 2 × £54.50 = £109.00.
Buying a festival or premium event: For larger ticket prices such as New Wave of Classic Rock LiveFest 5 at £54.50, use that listed price when you need that event. The fixed price per ticket is the only saving shown; there are no codes or percentage discounts on the page for these listings.
Newsletter signup: The newsletter sign up is available for special offers and promotions, and may provide future deals. It is a signup option rather than a ticket price and does not change the listed ticket prices shown above.
To choose between the options, take whichever listed ticket price gives the lowest total for the tickets you need. Compare the per ticket price multiplied by the number of tickets you want and pick the event whose final multiplied price is lowest. There is no term on the page that combines these fixed price listings, so treat each event price independently.
