• Returning a purchased toy

If customers have elected to purchase a hired toy from Whirli, returns, refunds or swaps of this item will not be accepted.

• Subscription refunds

Whirli does not provide refunds for subscriptions for any reason, with the exception of the Cooling Off Period. Please refer to ‘7. Cancellation Rights’ within their subscription terms and conditions for more information.

• Choose your own toys

Subscribe to a plan and get Whirli tokens to spend on toys from their huge library. There are over 1000 toys to choose from, including the latest must-haves.

• Unlimited play time

This is the fun part - customers have the toys to play with for as long as they want. No time limits, no penalties. Simply keep toys as long as they are still being loved at home.

• Do the toy swap

Customers can send toys back to Whirli and they will credit the account with equivalent tokens, letting customers swap for something else. It is not necessary for everything to be sent back together, just the unloved toys.

• Or keep them forever

Customers shouldn’t worry if their child has fallen in love with a toy, they can buy it from Whirli for a less-than-retail price. Any toy customers keep for 8 months is theirs to keep forever. Try with Whirli and only keep what is loved.

Making a swap allows customers to pre-select which toys they want to return, while also choosing their new toys. Whirli will send the new toys and in parallel customers can send their returns.

How to make a swap?

When it’s time to swap some toys for something else, customers should log in to their account on Whirli and:

• Tell Whirli which toys are planning on being returned. Customers can do this by opening their basket (clicking on the top right), and selecting the returns tab. Simply check all the toys that need to be sent back.
• As customers are selecting the toys to return, they will see their corresponding token values being credited back to them immediately, available to spend on a new order!
• After selecting toys to return, customers can browse Whirli’s catalogue and choose what to play with next and add these to their bag. The token balance now takes fully into account the allowance and used tokens, the toys customers are returning, and the toys for their next order.
• Once customers are satisfied with their swap, they can checkout to confirm the toys they will be receiving and the toys they will be returning.
• Here’s the magic – Whirli will dispatch the new box immediately. When customers receive it a day or two later, they can put the toys they are returning into the box and send it back to Whirli (whenever it is convenient).
