Love Play offers a 12 month replacement or refund policy on all faulty products. Please notify them about faulty or incorrect goods ASAP so they can rectify the problem quickly for you. Send all the parts back to them. Just follow the How to Return an Item process below.

You have the right to cancel your order for a full refund. They work on a same day despatch system, so please try and cancel your order on the same day as ordering to avoid the inconvenience of returning your order.

Pack your item either in the envelope or box you received it in, or some other secure packaging. Ensure you enclose your name, address and order number (without this information we may not be able to identify your return) Don’t forget to ask for your FREE proof of postage at the Post Office. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights

The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, require them to say that your money will be returned within 30 days of cancellation. At Love Play they aim to refund you within 7 days.

Unfortunately, a refund cannot be issued until Love Play receives the goods in question.
