TP Toys provides a next working day delivery and also they choose your day service to UK mainland addresses*, for orders placed before 1 pm. The next working day is defined as Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays and goods can arrive anytime from 8 am to 6 pm. Their carriers achieve well over 98% next-day deliveries on time but occasionally they will not due to circumstances beyond our control. They request your understanding in this respect. Orders placed after 1 pm on a Friday will be processed the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday

In the unlikely event that your delivery is incorrect or faulty, they require you to notify them within 48 hrs of receipt by phoning them on 01525 722 723 or using the help with their order form.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase and you have not assembled your item, you can arrange for the return of the goods, within 14 days of purchase, via a courier of your choice or alternatively please contact them on 01525 722723 for a quotation for your return.
