If you need to amend your sailing for any reason, it’s easy to do. You can change your booking online or by using the Wightlink App up to an hour before your sailing time. You can call their Contact Centre service or visit their Customer Service Point at the port if you prefer not to change your ticket online. To do this you’ll need to contact them at least an hour before your outward sailing. There is a £5.00 fee to change Economy tickets and no fee for standard tickets, foot passenger tickets or tickets that cannot be changed online.
If you’re travelling by foot you need to arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled sailing with a valid ticket. If you have a Disabled or Accessible Travel foot ticket you will need to arrive 30 minutes before your sailing. If you’re driving, you need to arrive at the port between 30 and 60 minutes before your scheduled sailing, even if they are experiencing delays.
If you arrive up to 2 hours after your scheduled sailing they will do their best to get you on the next available sailing, but you may have to wait sometime. If you arrive over 2 hours after your scheduled sailing you can make a revision to your booking, subject to availability and costs, up to 23.59 the same day. If there is no availability and you decide to travel on a subsequent day, you will need to buy a new ticket and we will be unable to refund your previous ticket. If you are en route and think you might miss your sailing let them know if it is safe to do so, at least one hour before your scheduled sailing time and they may be able to amend your booking for you.

Higher fare ferry trips or flexible dates, If your journey or ticket type is not covered by a more specific offer, the up to 25% off ferry travel is the biggest public ferry discount listed and is likely to give the largest reduction on standard fares. Use it when your booking qualifies for the up to 25% band and when the midweek or route specific 20% offers do not apply.
Blue Light Card or Defence Discount Service members, If you can verify Blue Light Card status, the up to 20% Blue Light Card saving applies for ferry travel booked on the website. If you are a Defence Discount Service member, use the 10% off bookings offer. Compare the Blue Light and Defence discounts if you qualify for both roles, and pick the higher percentage that applies to your booking.
Eating at the Keppel’s Head Hotel, Book dining at the Keppel’s Head Hotel with the up to 20% dining saving; this applies to restaurant bookings and is separate from ferry discounts.
