This depends on where you’re staying. Some Aerotels are located airside and some are landside. You can check any Aerotel’s Location Map to see if it’s landside or airside. If you’re still not sure, please contact them via getting in touch.

Is there wheelchair access?

Only selected Aerotels to provide wheelchair-friendly bathrooms and rooms. Please contact them via getting in touch or email them at customer.relations@plaza-network.com at least 48 hours prior. Please note that these rooms are subject to availability.

Is smoking allowed in Aerotel?

Smoking is not allowed in any of their premises. However, their receptionist will happily direct you to the nearest smoking area if there is one at the airport you’re staying at.

I want to cancel my booking. How do I do that and what is your cancellation policy?

Bookings made are subject to terms and conditions per booking confirmation and charges may apply.
