Approved Food accepts Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and PayPal.
Why is my used credit still showing after I have placed an order?
If there is credit in your account after you have placed your order, that you don’t believe should be there, please check back in 5 minutes as there may be a delay in updating. If this is still showing after 5 minutes please contact their customer service team who will investigate this further.
I have received a missing or damaged item. What should I do?
In the unfortunate circumstance that you are missing any item(s) or have received something damaged, please contact Approved Food customer service team by either filling in an online contact form or via direct email to [email protected]
with your order number. If you are contacting about damages, please include photos of the damaged item(s).
How do I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel an order for any reason please contact a member of their customer service team, either via their online ticket system or direct email to [email protected]
Please be aware that all cancellations incur a £2.50 cancellation charge.
What happens if I’m not in when my order arrives?
DX will leave your order either with a neighbour or in a safe place if you aren’t home when they attempt delivery. If there is a specific safe place that you would like the order to be left, please send this across to their customer service team and they will get this passed onto the courier.
