What is your returns policy?
They want you to be delighted with your purchase which is why they offer a no-fuss 14-day money-back guarantee. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to them in its original condition and packaging, within 14 days of the date you received the item. Please note that you will be responsible for delivery costs and the costs of returning items to them- unless they delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is faulty or defective. For your protection, they recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service when returning items. They are not liable and cannot take responsibility for any items lost in transit. Once the return for the products is being processed they will refund delivery costs paid by the customer when the order was initially placed. Your statutory rights will not be affected by the additional 14-day money-back guarantee.
What products are non-returnable?
For hygiene reasons they are unable to give refunds on their filled products (duvets, pillows & mattress toppers) and toiletries unless they prove to be faulty or defective. Orders that contain personalized items with personalization/monogramming cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded unless the product is faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights. RUGS - Please note that rugs cannot be returned via collect+ and must be returned at your own expense.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
They deliver to most EU countries.
When will my order be delivered?
They aim to dispatch your goods within 1-2 working days and expect to deliver your order within 10 working days, although the majority of orders are delivered before this.
How will my order be delivered?
DPD is their dedicated courier service. Orders will be delivered generally between 9 am and 5 pm during the week. It is important that somebody is at the delivery address to receive the order, as all deliveries must be signed for. If you don’t think you will be at home to receive your order then please use an alternative address such as your work address or the address of a friend or neighbour.
