Your ship confirmation email will contain a tracking number link, that will allow you to check the status of your package.
You will receive a text from DPD on your chosen day of delivery with a time window for when your meals will arrive. You don't have to be in to accept your order and the package can be left in a safe place. The message from DPD will allow you to tell them where you want your package left.
As part of their efforts to reduce their environmental impact, they use second-hand cardboard boxes, wool insulation, and reusable cool blocks to ensure your food gets to you in great condition and frozen. They also offer a packaging return service so that they can clean and reuse the wool insulation and cool blocks.
If you are unsatisfied with any of the items in your order or any part of the delivery service from FieldGoods please contact them by emailing them via the Contact Us page of the website. They shall be happy to exchange or refund any item you feel does not their quality standards, or any item that has been damaged in transit. If they have sent you an incorrect item, please notify them as soon as possible. If you would like them to replace the incorrect item with the item that you ordered, they shall send you the correct one as soon as possible. Obviously, they shall not charge you for incorrect items.
