What is the payment method?

Gardening Direct accepts VISA, Mastercard, Maestro and PayPal.

Where do you deliver?

Their Plants are delivered throughout the UK by courier. Unfortunately, they are unable to deliver to PO Box numbers.

Can I specify a date for delivery?

Only on gift products such as Carnations. They can delay despatch after a specific date as long as it’s still in the despatch period. This means that the order will be despatched with the next available shipment from the nursery after the specified date.

Can I track my order?

Yes, they send most of their orders via a fully tracked courier service with Yodel. They will send you a tracking link as soon as your order has been dispatched but for smaller and single-item orders, they may send these via the post with Royal Mail and Tracking will not be available for orders sent via this method.

Can I cancel the order?

Should you wish to cancel your order, you may do so at any time by contacting their customer service and they will offer you a full refund provided they have not already despatched your items. If they have already despatched your items then, unfortunately, they will not be able to stop the delivery process.

How can I return the products after ending the contract?

Please call customer services on 0333 210 0480 or email them at cs@gardeningdirect.co.uk for a return label or to arrange collection.

How will I be refunded?

They will refund you the price you paid for the products including delivery costs by the method you used for payment.
