Exchange is applicable to UK purchases only.

Please allow up to 7 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for your parcel to reach our warehouse. House of Cavani will send you an email as soon as they have received your return in its original condition.

Items such as underwear and swimwear are exempt and are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless faulty, due to health and hygiene reasons.

Please Note: For all exchanges that need to be carried out for 2 piece and 3 piece suits - please ensure that you return the full suite in perfect condition in the original packaging.

Refunds can take up to 7 working days to process.

If you are not entirely pleased with the products that you have chosen you may return them to them within 14 days of receipt.

House of Cavani will be happy to offer you an exchange or a refund, provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging.

House of Cavani offer a free returns policy for all orders shipped within the UK.
