If you need to exchange your purchase for another product of the same value, please state your request on the returns form. Once they receive your return, please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed and a further 5–10 business days* for delivery. If you would like to return your purchase for any reason, they will gladly accept exchanges or returns if the item is in its original condition unused, and in original packaging with the original tags still attached.
