Cancellations will only be processed if you do so via minicabit.com, not by just informing your Cab Operator. You must cancel within your cancellation cut off time, which is indicated in your booking confirmation email, for a full refund. Any cancellation received after the cancellation cut off time, will not be entitled to any refund.
You will only receive a full refund if you cancel according to the cut off time stated in your booking confirmation email.
By law, children under 3 years old are allowed to travel in the back seats of minicabs without a child seat or seatbelt. In the case that a child is over 3 years of age, they can travel without a child car seat provided they wear a seat belt. If you require a child seat, you must inform your Cab provider once your booking is made. Please note that child seats are subjected to availability and are not included in the price for the trip.
