Pondkeeper's standard delivery charge is £4.99. Some orders will require additional postage.
What is the return policy?
If any item does not meet your expectations you may return it within 30 days of receipt. Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Pondkeeper do not provide free returns for unwanted goods but can collect goods from an address of your choice for a £10 collection fee, please call them on 01642 370888 or email returns@pondkeeper.co.uk to arrange a collection.
What if I get an incorrect order?
If you get an incorrect order, contact them immediately to take further action.
What is the Pondkeeper cancellation policy?
If your order has not yet been shipped, they are happy to cancel this for you. To enable Pondkeeper to do this, please contact them by telephone immediately.
When will my refund be processed?
Once your order has been received at Head Office, Pondkeeper will issue the appropriate refund. Pondkeeper aims to do this within 48 hours of receipt, however, during busy periods, this can sometimes take longer.
