What if my package is lost in the post?

If you believe your package has been lost in the post, please call SC Nutra on 01904-789559. Sweet-Cures will replace any lost packages at no extra cost to you.

When will I get my items?

Each shipping option displays an estimated delivery date. Normally deliveries arrive well within this time but delays can occur around the Holidays. Their Free UK shipping option usually arrives the next working day if you order before 5:30 pm GMT Monday - Friday.

What if I have damaged/lost parcels?

If for any reason you’re not happy with the item(s) you’ve ordered, you can simply return the item(s) to them within 30 days of purchase and they will either exchange or refund it. If you are returning an item(s) for any other reason than the damage that occurred during post/shipping, all items must be returned clean and unopened. Please include your name, address, postcode, and method of payment when returning an item(s). Please allow 7-10 working days for the refund to show in your account.
