Trubikini is pleased to offer free returns within a 14 day period. To take advantage of their free returns offer, the product must be returned to them and received by them within 14 days of the date of receipt by the customer, this date of a receipt being indicated by the time and date of the signed-for package delivered to the customer. If you are not satisfied with their product for any reason, please contact them as soon as possible at hello@trubikini.com and they will provide you with a pre-paid mailing label and instructions on how to return the product to them.

On receipt of the product in an appropriate condition as specified in their Conditions of Return Trubikini will process the refund and notify you via email. They will refund the total purchase price, including any standard shipping paid, where possible via the original method of payment, for example, to your credit card. They aim to process refunds on the business day they receive them, however during busy times it may take several business days.

This free returns offer is in addition to any rights of cancellation that you have under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Please see their Terms and Conditions for more details about how to return your product under these circumstances.

If you wish to exchange your product for a different size or style, Trubikini is happy to offer one free exchange, if the product to be exchanged is returned to them within 14 days, based on stock availability. Please contact them at hello@trubikini.com and they will provide you with a pre-paid mailing label and instructions on how to return the product. On receipt of the product, within 14 days, in an appropriate condition as specified in their Conditions of Return Trubikini will be happy to exchange your product free of charge, including covering the cost of shipping the replacement product to the customer.

When you receive your product, if it is faulty or incorrectly supplied, please contact them at hello@trubikini.com and they will provide you with a pre-paid mailing label and instructions on how to return the product. The product must be returned to them and received by them within 14 days of the date of receipt by the customer, this date of a receipt being indicated by the time and date of the signed-for package delivered to the customer.

On receipt of the product in an appropriate condition as specified in their Conditions of Return, they will be happy to make a full refund of the purchase price and any shipping costs paid.

They will also be happy to exchange the faulty or incorrectly supplied product should you prefer this.
