Occasionally things can go wrong and parcels get damaged by their lovely couriers. Please report the damage to their customer services team within 48 hours of receiving your items. They will request photographic evidence of any damaged goods in respect of your claim. Authorization must then be provided by them to return the damaged goods before they can release any credit or arrange any product(s) re-shipments.

You must contact them at sales@vitaminplanet.co.uk before returning an item to request a Returns Form. If the item is returned without an authorization code they will be unable to offer a refund or exchange. Your statutory rights are not affected. You must return items to them by using the returns and exchange procedures.

If you wish to return a product, you must email sales@vitaminplanet.co.uk confirming your request within 14 days of the item being received. A member of their team will be in touch, and subject to acceptance, will provide a returns authorisation number and address. This will enable you to return the order.
