What does Vitl do?

How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking link in the confirmation of dispatch email. Please note that they only track deliveries of the Monthly Personalised Packs and The Essential One. Test kits and 2-week trials are not tracked.
Do you accept Paypal?
Unfortunately, they don’t accept PayPal yet but it is something they’re working on. However, their current payment provider, Stripe, is very secure and works similarly to PayPal. They do not keep any of your payment details stored on their system.
What is your Returns Policy?
Unfortunately, they are unable to offer refunds on personalized products (Including Monthly Personalised packs and The Essential One) but all other products can be returned within 14 days provided they are unopened and in perfect condition. Once they receive the product, they will happily refund your purchase minus a restocking fee. Please do not forget to include a note with your name, email address and postal address so that they are able to refund your account.
