Waggel pays veterinary hospitals as fast as possible, even though their policy is to pay net 30 days from receipt of the invoice. It is the responsibility of the pet guardian to communicate with his or her veterinary practise throughout the campaign process and to ensure the invoice is sent to their payment processor after the campaign has closed.

To initiate the payment process, first login to your account and hit the “Close Campaign” button. You will be asked to provide a quick pet update (required) before proceeding. Upon completion, your veterinarian will receive instructions to send an invoice to their payment processor. Note: Only invoices sent directly from your veterinarian are accepted. It is very important that you communicate directly with your veterinary practise to ensure they have emailed the invoice to avoid delays in payment.

A lifetime policy means that your annual limit will be replenished every year. So as long as you keep your policy active by renewing it each year, your pet will be covered for life.

At Waggel, they only offer lifetime policies.

You can claim with any vet practice, as long as they are a registered member of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons.
