When will I receive my delivery?
Ensure you have allowed the advertised delivery period to pass. The delivery period can be found on your Wowcher and this does not include weekends or bank holidays. To track the progress of your order login to your account here My Account and click View Progress next to your order. If the estimated delivery period has passed please contact the merchant supplying the item directly. Please make sure to include your full name, email address, Wowcher code, or any further information.
Can I refund/cancel my Wowcher ?
Wowcher offer a no-quibble 14-day money-back guarantee on all unredeemed Wowchers (starting from the day after the day you receive your Wowcher) whereby if you originally paid in cash, you can receive a 100% cash or 100% Wowcher Wallet Credit or, if you paid using Wowcher Wallet Credit, you can receive a 100% Wowcher Wallet Credit. Ensure to include the order number, the Wowcher code, and, if you originally paid in cash, your preferred payment method. Refund requests received 15 days or more after the day after the day you received Wowcher are considered on a case by case basis.
Who do I contact if I want to return my product?
If you have received your product and then subsequently want to return it, first please find your order in the My Wowcher section of the site. Just below the voucher, you will see a Need Help link. Click that and follow the prompts from there to request a return of your item. If there is no Need Help link then you will need to contact the merchant directly. Their details can be found on the voucher itself, available in the same section.
How do I change my contact or card details?
You are able to amend your personal information at any time in the “My Details” section of your Wowcher account which you can access here: https://secure.wowcher.co.uk/login. Card details are retained by the trusted payment processor, Cyber source, and the first time you make a purchase. You can amend your card details during the checkout of subsequent purchases.
