AATU accepts American Express, Apple Pay, Maestro, Master Card, PayPal, and Visa.
How can I return the item?
If you, or your pet, are not fully satisfied with the products you have purchased from www.aatu.co.uk, or if you have simply changed your mind, you can return your items to them for free. This includes the following:
*Items that do not correspond with the description on the AATU website
*items that are not the items you ordered
*items damaged upon delivery
You must notify us of your intention to return your order. You have up to 28 days after the date on which the product is delivered to you. Please email them at [email protected] or call their customer service team on 0808 100 8885. They will advise you of the best way to send your item back to them. Will I get a refund?
That you must provide proof of purchase. The refund will cover the cost of the item and the cost of the standard delivery of the item provided that the items were not part of larger order. This Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights.

*They aim to deliver your order within 2-3 business days of the order being placed.
