F1 Autocentres accept VISA, Mastercard, and PayPal.

When ordering online, you can choose a fitting date for two days (or more) in advance. This gives F1 Autocentres the time to process the order and source the tyres. If you require tyres urgently please call your local centre – they may have a suitable tyre in stock.

Don't worry there is no charge. Please email internetsales@f1autocentres.com as soon as you can with your order reference number (which will start ‘WEB’) and the changes you would like to make, and they will do the rest. Please note, they may have to change the fitting date depending on when you let us know. There may also be a price difference that can be taken over the telephone by credit/debit card.

If you wish to cancel or re-arrange an appointment there is no charge. For cancelling an appointment/tyres please email at internetsales@f1autocentres.com with your order number (which should start ‘WEB’) and they will organise a refund and email a confirmation when it has been done. Refunds are processed on the same day if the request is received before 3 pm (Monday – Friday). Requests received after this time will not be processed until the following working day. Please also note if you have paid by credit/debit card the funds may take up to 3 working days depending on your payment provider. If you have paid by PayPal, the refund will appear in your PayPal account without delay.
