Colorado Kayak Supply accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Discover, Diners Club, Shop Pay, JCB, Venmo, and PayPal.
What if I don’t want the charge for two pairs on my card at the same time?
If you don’t want the charge for two boots on your card at once, you can wait until you get an email from us saying that your card has been refunded and then you can place your replacement order online as soon as you see the credit appear on your statement. Refunds are issued within 7-10 business days.
How do I return my order?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. They suggest shipping via insured mail. Customers may be assessed by restocking fees. Colorado Kayak Supply does not accept returns on gear that has been used or missing factory tags, used kayaks, closeout items, special orders, or purchases from CKS Main Street ( An independent business in Buena Vista Colorado)

What is the refund policy?
Colorado Kayak Supply will process your return within 7-10 business days of receipt and apply a credit to your original payment method. You’ll receive an email from them when this is complete. A credit will appear on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and billing cycle. They do not refund shipping/handling charges. During peak seasons please allow up to 15 business days for your return to process.
