I have not recieved my paperwork?

By logging into your account, you will have access to your policy schedule, Terms & Conditions and other important documents. It is therefore important that you log on frequently to view any possible changes to your account.
I am unhappy with the way I have been dealt with?
They take their customer care very seriously and try and ensure their customer journey is as seamless and efficient as possible. This includes the proper conduct of their colleagues addressing concerns raised by customers. Does my plan cover a replacement boiler?
Boiler plans do cover the cost of a plumber to come out and fix any problem with your boiler, at any time of day or night. It includes the cost of replacing broken or worn out parts.
