How can I check the status of my order?
There are multiple ways to check the status of your order. You can visit the order status page, you can click the link to the tracking number on your shipping confirmation email, or you can contact them and they’ll be happy to help!
Can I change or cancel my order once it’s been placed?
Columbia works hard to process your order quickly so that you receive it as soon as possible. Because they process orders so quickly, they cannot be interrupted once they have been placed. If you forgot to add something to your order before it was placed, please place a separate order for the additional item. It will ship to you in separate packaging and will have its own unique order number and tracking link. If you’d like to cancel your order, you’ll need to wait until it is received and then return it for a refund.
When can I return?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.
What can I return?
Columbia will gladly accept returns on all purchases made on their website which are in original condition; unworn with tags attached and for footwear with the original box in new conditions.
Where can I return?
You have 2 options to ship your return:
*Go to your nearest UPS Access Point.
*Schedule an appointment with UPS for a home pick up.
Parcels can only be returned from the country where they were delivered. They do not accept the return of online purchases at their stores at this time. Please visit their detailed FAQ page for more information.
When do I get my refund?
Once they receive your package, their team will verify its contents, inspected to ensure it is unworn and in original condition. They will then send the credit back to your financial institution within 7-10 business days.
